Province 28 welcomes you to their home land of the midwest. We cover Northern and Central Indiana and Illinois with seven strong chapters. Our Province Governor is Brian Swart and our CPR is Delta Lambda's Jeff Bryant. With these two men and the other Province council members as our leaders, 28 has because one of the proudest and loudest Provinces in the nation.
